  • Check that the controller is set to the correct mode (heating or cooling) and temperature.
  • Check isolation switch and circuit breaker are on.
  • Make sure your filters are clean.
  • Is there any obstructions around the outdoor unit.

Yes – we recommend servicing domestic air conditioning once a year and commercial air conditioning units at least bi-annually. We have an automated system to remind you when a service is due, free of charge. Contact Jade A&R to have your free reminders listed with us.

At Jade A&R we can supply and fit a large range of air conditioning units to suit your budget. We have entry branded air conditioning units for a small bedroom to entire ducted unit for the entire house. All air conditioning units have a 5 years parts and labour warranty for domestic applications and various commercial warranties available. Free advice and inhouse quotations are available to discuss your needs.

We recommend to allow 4 hours for a split type air conditioner and 1 day for a ducted unit. Variations may apply to these times depending on the job. Our technicians are fully qualified, licenced and insured to provide peace of mind. All packaging and rubbish is removed from site.
